As Toyota continued suffers from manage the daily schedule of resources (i.e. cars / drivers and conference rooms and notebooks) It was outgrowing the paper-based processes:

  • HR spends a lot of their time answering enquiries of staff requests in reservation

  • HR spends a lot of their time on arrange and check the drivers and cars schedule

  • Manual work slowed the reservation process

  • A lot of paper work during the process

  • Always get mistakes on double reservations

  • Toyota needed to reduce the workload of above process and problems

Toyota uses elogic’s Resource Reservation System (RRS) to streamline the booking process. RRS eliminate paperwork delays and accelerate processing for action.

  • Staff/User is able to check resource schedule at anytime in internet without bordering HR or making any phone calls. HR can focus on their key tasks

  • User is able to reserve resources online. NO double reservation will be happened!

  • Resource manager received notification when reservation is created

  • Resource manager can view their daily schedule

  • HR can view all resource status and resource utilization
