As Toyota continued suffers from manage the daily schedule of resources (i.e. cars / drivers and conference rooms and notebooks) It was outgrowing the paper-based processes:

Toyota uses elogic’s Resource Reservation System (RRS) to streamline the booking process. RRS eliminate paperwork delays and accelerate processing for action.
Staff/User is able to check resource schedule at anytime in internet without bordering HR or making any phone calls. HR can focus on their key tasks
User is able to reserve resources online. NO double reservation will be happened!
